How to Paint a Kitchen Countertop with Bianca Stella?

Thanks to Bianca Stella's superior and unique pure acrylic paint formula, you can easily renovate your worn-out or color-changing granite, tile, marble, quartz (Çimstone), acrylic (Corian), laminate, solid wood, stainless steel, or brass kitchen countertops without breaking or damaging them.

Materials Needed for Application

  • Moher roller or velvet varnish roller (depending on the surface)

  • Silk brush for narrow and protruding areas

Preparation Before Applying Bianca Stella Paint

  • The surface to be painted must be free from dust, dirt, and grease. If necessary, sanding should be done.

  • Paint cannot adhere to oily, silicone-coated, or residue-covered areas, so these surfaces must be cleaned with chemical cleaners. If required, a degreaser should be used.

  • If the surface is not properly cleaned, the paint will not adhere, so after cleaning and drying the problematic areas, the application should be repeated.

  • The most crucial step before painting is cleaning. This step can also be completed using vinegar.

  • If there are any loose, lifting, or swollen parts on the surface, they should be repaired before painting.

  • After cleaning, ensure that the surface is completely dry. If necessary, use a dryer to remove moisture.

Application of Bianca Stella Paint

  • With 1 liter of Bianca Stella, you can paint 10-12 m² with two coats.

  • Bianca Stella is ready to use. Stir thoroughly until it becomes homogeneous without dilution. Pour a sufficient amount into a suitable tray.

  • Use a moher roller or velvet varnish roller for the best results and a silk brush for narrow or protruding areas.

  • Properly distribute the paint on the surface, and avoid reapplying brush or roller strokes on drying areas.

  • Under suitable weather conditions, the second coat can be applied after 2-3 hours.

  • If a wood grain effect is desired, commonly preferred base colors include tones like kraft paper and light beige.

Creating a Wood Grain Effect with Bianca Stella Wood Colors

  • After 3 hours, once the base coat is complete, a wood-like effect can be applied to the countertop using Bianca Stella Wood Colors (optional).

  • Pour the required amount of Bianca Stella Wood Color into an empty container and mix with an equal amount of water until homogeneous.

  • Apply in a single direction and single coat using a trimming brush or sponge, ensuring uniform strokes.

Maximo Protective Liquid Glass Application

To increase durability, apply Maximo Liquid Glass, our transparent protective product, over Bianca Stella paint.

  • Bianca Maximo Solvent-Based Liquid Glass is a two-component product.

  • Mix Component A (large container) with Component B (small container) and apply within 30-40 minutes using a velvet varnish roller.

  • Avoid reapplying brush or roller strokes on drying areas.

  • Maximo's high performance allows for a single-coat application.

  • If a second coat is preferred and there is enough product available:

    • Mix half of Component A with half of Component B for the first coat.

    • After 2-4 hours, mix the remaining portions and apply the second coat.

    • (Maximo covers 4-6 m² per coat).

Post-Application Care Instructions
